Crisp and fruity with green guava, pear, white peach notes, and hints of lychee on the nose. A well-balanced palate and a concentrated finish. Fermentation was temperature controlled between 12–14º C and maturation occurred on the fine lees to give extra body and elegance to this unoaked wine.
