A blend of straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys aged 6–10 years, blended and specially selected from the mountains of Utah. Nose: Underripe peach, banana cream pie, vanilla, fresh hay and Spring florals, lilac, wet green grass, Palate: Crisp green apple, grapefruit zest, cinnamon poached pears, raspberry thumbprint cookie, wet slate, toasted oak, new suede. Finish: Gingerbread drizzled with honey.
