Pale gold with a straw cast. Intense pickling spice and vanilla extract nose. A silky entry leads to a a round fruity, medium-bodied palate, with cinnamon, nutmeg, grilled pineapple, and smoky, minerally, roasted agave notes. Finishes dryly with a lean, somewhat tannic, wave of oak and spice.
