Novicium comes from the same site on Pritchard Hill as its more famous sibling Continuum. The blend consists of: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Cabernet Franc 12% Petit Verdot 2% Merlot. Novicium displays its signature approachability with a fresh and playful nose of red fruit and candied apple mixed with autumn leaves, bay laurel and the slightest hint of dewy spring peonies. A vibrant and direct wine, Novicium has a plush entry and weighted mid palate of dark chocolate, black fruit, brown spice and tapenade.
